Now as a stay-at-home mom and marketing freelancer, there’s never a dull moment. I love to spend any extra time I have with my family and friends. Specifically, my husband, Chris, whom I love dearly. We welcomed our first child into the world last December, and we’re both thrilled to be parents to our beautiful child, Brayden.

Another passion of mine is marketing. I’ve been in the industry for eight years and have enjoyed every step along the way. My personal goal is to start my own marketing agency one day, and I truly believe in my drive to do it. Expect some posts from me about that along with advertising and interactive.

I’ll intermix some posts about Charleston, fashion, sports, volunteering and everything else I love in life.

Professional Bio

Jenn relocated to the Charleston area in 2002, bringing with her a solid background in marketing communications. As a freelance marketing consultant, Jenn oversees the marketing efforts for her clients, including strategy and planning, public relations, advertising, event planning, media production, website development and digital marketing – email, search engine optimization (SEO) and marketing (SEM), video and social media. She is available for new project work.

A native of West Columbia, SC, Jenn holds a degree in integrated marketing communications from Winthrop University in Rock Hill, SC. Prior to going out on her own, she held marketing positions with the Medical University of South Carolina (MUSC), Charleston Regional Development Alliance, Blackbaud, Inc. and The Marketing Consortium. Jenn’s diverse background has given her experience in multiple industries, including healthcare, software and technology, nonprofit, economic development, advertising agencies and public companies.

She has been a member of the Charleston Advertising Federation, Charleston Young Professionals and the Charleston American Marketing Association, where she served as the Board’s Director of Marketing and Director of Interactive Media.

In her spare time she enjoys jogging, traveling and volunteering in her church and community. Jenn resides in Mount Pleasant with her husband, Chris, and her newborn son, Brayden.
